Questions, answered.

Can my employer see my individual results?

No. Nobody can. Your individual map and your coaching conversations are private to you, they’re never shared with your employer or anyone else. What organisations see is aggregated, anonymised team insight only, and even that requires a minimum of 6 people per team map, so no individual can ever be singled out.

What happens after the free trial?

The 14-day trial is free and needs no credit card. When it ends, you choose whether to subscribe at £299 per year for individuals; nothing is charged automatically. Team and Organisation plans work differently: talk to us and we’ll set your team up directly.

Can we add more people during the year?

Yes. Subscriptions are billed per seat, and you can add seats at any point in your subscription period on a pro-rata basis. Seat removals take effect at the end of the current billing period.

How is this different from traditional coaching?

MindsetOS is built on performance psychologist Ed Cornfield’s framework, and the AI coach applies it on demand, whenever the moment calls for it, at a fraction of the cost of human coaching. For teams that want live work too, Ed runs live virtual workshops and the nine-session MindsetOS Masterclass as add-ons. MindsetOS supports personal development; it isn’t a substitute for therapy or medical advice.

Can you complete our security questionnaire?

Yes, happily. We’re Cyber Essentials certified, our Data Processing Agreement is ready to countersign, and our full security detail, including sub-processors and hosting, is on our Trust and Security page. Send the questionnaire to admin@themindsetos.com.
